2 ANNOTATSIYA Gaz sezgir materiallar olish v a ular asosida metanni aniqlovchi sensor ishlab chiqish mavzusidagi magi strlik dissertatsiya annotatsiyasi Chiqindi gazlari bilan atmosferaga katta miqdordagi zaharli va portlovchan bi rikmalar tashlanadi. Gaz aralashmalari tarkibidagi doimiy analitik nazoratni talab etuvchi portlovchan komponentlardan biri metan. Bu birikmaning mikrokonsentratsiyasini nazorat qilish muammosi uni aniqlashning yuqori sezgir, selektiv, ekspress, avtomatik uslub va asboblarini yaratish bilan chambarchas bog’liq. Mavzuning dolzarbligi atmosfera tarkibini ekologik monitoringiga qo’yiladigan talabning oshishi hamda gaz sezgir sensorlarni qo’llanilish sohasi ko’plab texnologik va ekologik sohalarni qamrab olga nligi bilan belgilanadi. ANNOTATION Abstract of the master's dissertation on the production of gas -sensitive materials and the development of sensors for the detection of methane on their basis Exhaust gases release large amounts of toxic and explosive compounds into the atmosphere. Methane is one of the explosive components in gas mixtures that requires constant analytical monitoring. The problem of controlling the microconcentration of this com pound is closely related to the development of highly sensitive, selective, express, automatic methods and tools for its detection. The relevance of the topic is determined by the growing demand for environmental monitoring of atmospheric composition and t he fact that the field of application of gas -sensitive sensors covers many technological and environmental areas.
